Cancelled for 2020 (due to that nasty virus:-(

21st AOTC is April 10th, 2021!

We are offering the registered participants of the 2020 Assault on the Carolinas Ride, scheduled for April 4, 2020 and then cancelled, the following options.  This process will open on March 17, 2020 and will be closed on April 30, 2020. Any merchandise purchased (jersey, bibs, or full kits) will be mailed to you as soon as we receive the merchandise from Primal.

Option 1: Elect not to take any action by April 30, 2020. Your registration fee will be donated to our Grants Program* to support more than thirty local not-for-profits in our community, including Boys & Girls Club, Hunger Coalition, Sharing House, and Special Olympics.  *The Rotary Club of Pisgah Forest is not a 501c3 and therefore your donation is not tax deductible.

Option 2: Elect to transfer your registration to next year's AOTC (April 10, 2021).

  • Email and let us know you wish to defer your registration fee to the April 10th, 2021 AOTC.

You will need to complete this by April 30, 2020. This action will register you for the 2021 Assault on the Carolinas.

Option 3: Elect a refund of your registration fee. You would need to email and direct us to refund your registration fee for the 2020 Assault on the Carolinas ride. You will need to complete this by April 30, 2020. The refund to the credit card you used for the initial registration should occur in the first two weeks of May 2020 through Active.

Once again, we appreciate your support and your patience through this process and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your health and safety will always be our priority.
